How to select a CNC robot based on production needs?

Before selecting a robot, ask these three questions:

1. What core problem does it need to solve?

For precision assembly, focus on repeatability (±0.01mm) and vibration suppression technology.

For high-risk painting, pay attention to explosion-proof rating and trajectory smoothness.

2. What is the load requirement?

Light loads under 5kg: SCARA or desktop industrial robotic arms are sufficient.

Heavy loads over 20kg: The structural strength of articulated robots must be considered.

3. Is human collaboration required?

Collaborative robots require safety sensors and force control, but their speed will decrease by more than 30%. For fully isolated automated production lines, traditional material handling robots offer better value.
