Application Scenario 1: Palletizing of Thin Metal Parts on Assembly Line
A hardware processing factory in Mexico carries out palletizing for machined perforated thin and light metal components. These thin metal parts have stringent requirements on surface quality. Manual palletizing easily causes scratches and deformation on workpieces, leading to a high reject rate.
An industrial palletizing robot with a rated payload of 10 kg is deployed in this project to complete workpiece picking and palletizing work. This robot is fitted with customized vacuum suction cups at the end effector. It adsorbs and transfers thin metal parts from the conveyor line. Our industrial palletizing robot replaces manual work, effectively reducing workpiece deformation and surface damage and raising the product yield rate.
The robot performs cyclic palletizing movements according to preset programs. All workpieces are placed in neat order. Operators only need to replace material frames when they are fully loaded, realizing fully automated palletizing of thin metal parts on the assembly line.

Application Scenario 2: Loading, Unloading and Handling of Lithium Batteries
A new energy battery supplier in Southeast Asia has high requirements for production line automation. Direct manual contact with battery cells is forbidden during production to prevent potential safety risks including short circuits, surface scratches and electrolyte leakage.
The industrial palletizing robot features a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm and meets high-precision placement requirements for battery cells, reducing equipment jamming resulting from inaccurate manual positioning.It is equipped with dedicated silicone grippers. Our robot accurately picks individual prismatic battery cells from incoming material frames and delivers the cells steadily to the production line for follow-up processes. After machining is completed, the industrial palletizing robot automatically unloads finished lithium batteries and neatly palletizes the finished products into finished product frames.
The whole production flow is fully automated, which lowers the risks of cell dropping, short circuit and damage during handling.
