Its maximum traverse stroke is up to 6 m, enabling coverage of multiple IMM stations and cross-machine automatic demolding, making it ideal for centralized automated production lines and linked multi-machine applications.
Compatible with mainstream medium and large injection molding machines ranging from 120T to 700T, the injection machine robot features optional vertical strokes of 900 mm or 1300 mm. Understanding Basic Dimensions of the Injection Machine Robot

Automatic Part Picking Workflow of Injection Machine Robot
Step 1: Mold Clamping and Injection Molding
The injection molding machine closes the mold, and molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity.
Step 2: Product Cooling and Forming
Plastic cools and solidifies inside the mold while waiting for mold opening.
Step 3: Mold Opening
The mold opens, products remain on the moving mold side for automatic picking by the robot.
Step 4: Robot Enters Mold Interior
Per preset program, the robot moves into the mold with synchronized X/Y/Z axes and rapidly locates at the picking zone.
Step 5: Automatic Part Extraction
The robot demolds plastic products via suction cups or grippers and removes sprue runners at the same time to eliminate manual sorting.
Step 6: Robot Retracts from Mold
The robot pulls out of the mold area and returns to a safe position; the injection machine prepares for the next mold closing cycle.
Step 7: Product Handling & Placement
The robot automatically transfers products to conveyor belts, turnover boxes or secondary processing stations for uninterrupted automated production.
Step 8: Return to Home Position
The robot returns to standby origin and waits for the next mold-open signal to get ready for a new cycle.
Step 9: Continuous Automatic Cyclic Operation
The robot works in linkage with the injection molding machine to deliver high-speed, stable automatic demolding production.
