The IMM robot is a servo manipulator designed for automatic part picking and handling after injection molding, mainly deployed for part extraction upon mold opening and subsequent downstream process connection of injection molding production.

With a maximum traverse stroke ranging from 1500 mm to 2580 mm and a vertical stroke from 950 mm to 1760 mm, this IMM robot reliably extracts products from deep-cavity molds without interference from undercut structures or slides. It is well-suited for complex molds for automotive parts and deep-drawn shell components.
Multi-angle Trajectory Control Performance
With 5-axis synchronous motion control, this servo manipulator enables complex motion trajectories to bypass mold interferences such as slides, ejector pins, and undercuts, reducing collision risks and ensuring safer removal of complex-shaped parts.
