The injection robot is a servo manipulator designed for stable part picking and product protection. As molded plastic parts remain partially cooled immediately after mold opening, the manipulator gently extracts finished parts via its end effector and places them at designated positions. It prevents scratches, deformation, and contamination caused by manual operation, effectively improving yield.
