A single robot can replace 2 to 4 operators to complete gripping, placing and sorting tasks. High-Load Automated Part Extraction Capacity
With a maximum payload of 40 kg–60 kg, this molding machine robot is custom-developed for automatic demolding of oversized plastic products. It reliably handles heavy workpieces such as plastic pallets, auto spare parts, and large housings, meeting automated picking demands for heavy-duty products in workshops with large-tonnage IMMs.
Stable Gripping for Large-Size Workpieces
Compatible with 1300T–4000T large injection molding machines, our molding machine robot is fitted with a specialized gripper featuring 4 suction cups and 2 clamping arms. Multi-point suction distributes stress evenly across parts, effectively lowering deformation risks for bulky plastic components. Compared with conventional single-point suction technology, it delivers superior gripping stability and is suited for continuous automated demolding of large structural plastic parts.
