A pick-up robot is an industrial robot designed to automatically grasp raw materials, semi-finished goods, or workpieces and precisely feed them into machine tools, injection molding machines, stamping presses, and packaging lines. It takes over repetitive, high-frequency, and high-risk loading and unloading tasks from manual labor, boosting production efficiency and overall automation levels.

With a rated payload of 20 kg and a positional repeatability of ±0.05 mm, this pick-up robot is applicable to injection molding part removal, stamping load/unload, precision assembly, and other applications. Even in high-temperature mold-side environments, it securely grips finished products and accurately places them onto conveyor lines or into tooling fixtures. Scenario 1: Loading and Unloading for Automotive Windshield Transportation

A Southeast Asian auto parts manufacturer sought to automate sheet picking and feeding on its automotive windshield production line. Conventional manual handling frequently results in scratches, cracks, fingerprints, and stains on glass surfaces, compromising finished product quality.

 

This project adopts our 20-kg-payload pick-up robot equipped with custom vacuum suction cups. The robot securely grips windshields from racks and smoothly transfers them to subsequent processing equipment, achieving automated pick-and-place. By replacing manual handling of large glass sheets, it reduces product damage and operator safety risks, maintains clean glass surfaces, and meets the continuous production requirements of automotive windshield lines.

Scenario 2: Automated Egg Tray Packing for Duck Eggs

A Southeast Asian egg processing factory required automatic tray packing at the end of its duck egg production line. Traditional manual handling frequently causes egg breakage, and prolonged repetitive manual labor leads to inconsistent throughput.

 

Our pick-up robot, equipped with custom multi-station vacuum suction grippers, batch-picks duck eggs from the end of the conveyor line, places them into egg trays, and precisely positions each egg in its designated slot. This robotic solution fully automates tray loading, reduces egg breakage, maintains consistent cycle times, and enables uninterrupted automatic boxing for duck egg production.
