The 4-axis pick-and-place robot is an industrial robot for automatic material picking and placing. In production line loading, unloading and material handling processes, it grabs workpieces from preset positions and accurately places them at designated locations, such as transferring materials onto conveyor belts.

This 4-axis pick-and-place robot adopts a short-arm structure with an arm length of 600 mm. The maximum speed of Axis J3 reaches 900 mm/s. With short motion paths and fast acceleration and deceleration, it greatly improves processing capacity per unit time and the overall throughput of the production line.

Our 4-axis pick-and-place robot features a SCARA planar structure, enabling direct movement and high efficiency in horizontal handling. Scenario 2: Automatic Assembly of Sealing Rings
