An industrial pick-and-place robot is a 6-axis robotic arm designed to automatically grasp and position workpieces. Between workstations on production lines, it precisely transfers parts from one station to another. With programmed motion paths for automated loading and unloading, it serves as a key automation component, enabling automation for assembly and CNC machining production lines.

Our industrial pick-and-place robot features a rated payload of 10 kg, customized for handling small and medium-sized workpieces including metal parts, plastic components, spare parts, and tooling fixtures. Its J6 wrist axis achieves a rotation speed of up to 342°/s, enabling flexible workpiece flipping and pose adjustment during production processes.

The robot's J6 axis supports ±360° rotation, allowing deep access into machine tools through door openings, cavity picking, and complex fixture handling. It delivers a positional repeatability of ±0.05 mm to guarantee consistent positioning during picking, placing, and assembly.
