Case Studies
Scenario 1: PE Polyethylene Raw Material Palletizing
A European PE polyethylene raw material wholesaler produced large quantities of 25kg-30kg bagged polyethylene particles daily. Manual handling had problems such as low efficiency and easy breakage. This project adopted a robotic case palletizer with a rated Payload of 100kg, which automatically grabbed bagged PE raw materials from the end roller conveyor line and transported them to the pallet station. Equipped with a dedicated pneumatic clamp gripper, it stably grabbed single bags and reduced the risk of bag breakage. The robotic case palletizer linked with the conveyor line to realize continuous feeding, automatic grabbing and five-spot stack palletizing mode operation. It replaced 1-3 material handlers per shift and significantly improved the delivery turnover efficiency of polyethylene raw materials.

Scenario 2: Feed Tower Enclosure Panel Palletizing
A South American agricultural and livestock equipment manufacturer produced curved enclosure panels for breeding feed towers, which required automated handling and palletizing after being processed by the forming machine. Since the enclosure panels are large-sized thin-walled curved metal parts, manual handling had high labor intensity and the risk of deformation due to uneven force. Our robotic case palletizer, equipped with a custom dedicated gripper for curved enclosure panels, realized uniform force grabbing of workpieces and effectively reduced the deformation risk during handling. The robotic case palletizer seamlessly integrated with the discharge end of the forming machine, realized automatic material picking via PLC signals, stably grabbed the just-processed enclosure panels, realized overturn handling through gripper attitude control, and performed neat palletizing according to preset programs. It realized automated continuous operation of feed tower enclosure panels from forming to stacking.
