The automatic robotic palletizer is a programmable robot that can be adapted to palletize and stack different products. It is widely used in food, chemical, building materials and other industries. It can adjust the cycle time to meet the requirements of different industries for efficiency, stability and standardized operations. With the end-of-arm tooling and programming, it can quickly switch the palletizing methods of different products to adapt to multi-category production needs.

This automatic robotic palletizer has a rated payload of 80kg (including grippers). Scenario 1: Automated Double-Panel Palletizing for Composite Boards

A Southeast Asian wood composite board processing plant needed automated stacking of large-sized wood composite boards. Due to the large size of the boards, manual handling was prone to edge bumps and chipping, which affected the quality of finished products.

This project adopted a double-panel synchronous palletizing solution: one automatic robotic palletizer equipped with a custom dual-suction vacuum gripper and positioning device, which can realize synchronous handling and automatic stacking of two composite boards, effectively improving palletizing efficiency. With a payload of 80kg, the robot can stably complete the handling of large-sized boards and reduce manual intervention. Through stable motion trajectories and orderly stacking, it reduces the risk of bumps during handling and stacking, and meets the requirements of continuous automatic handling and palletizing for board processing production lines.

Scenario 2: Dual Conveyor Line Carton Palletizing
A European glassware manufacturer packages boxed glass cups on two conveyor lines simultaneously. Traditional manual palletizing is labor-intensive and struggles to keep up with the continuous output rhythm of both lines, often leading to product accumulation, carton congestion, and collision risks that affect overall production line stability.

 

To address this issue, the project adopts a one-robot dual-line automatic palletizing solution. The automatic robotic palletizer is equipped with a customized gripper and can alternately perform picking and palletizing operations according to the output rhythm of the two conveyor lines, while separately stacking products onto corresponding pallets. This ensures neat and stable palletizing of boxed glass cups and enables continuous dual-line automatic palletizing.

 

The solution reduces manual labor involvement, improves dual-line palletizing efficiency and production stability, and is suitable for continuous automated packaging and palletizing applications for fragile products such as glassware.
