This welding industrial robot was developed in-house by RBTIC for automated welding applications. Adopting a hollow wrist structure, it enables easier internal wiring and more flexible movement to meet multi-angle welding requirements and reduce blind welding areas.
Matched with welding machine, positioner, tooling fixtures and other equipment, it can form a complete robotic welding workstation, delivering high-quality and high-efficiency customized automated welding solutions for customers.

Repeatability - ±0.05 mm
Pose repeatability of ±0.05 mm is one twentieth of a millimetre, tighter than a 0.07 mm human hair, and holds insertion, dispensing, and screwdriving inside a 0.1 mm total tolerance band. Fewer rejects mean fewer rework hours per shift. The figure is measured per ISO 9283 pose repeatability method and recorded in the unit's test report.
Power draw - 4.64 kVA
Total connected load is 4.64 kVA - roughly 7 A on a 380 V three-phase supply - so the cell ties into an existing 16 A breaker with headroom for the controller, vision, and conveyor.
